Plataria is a lovely little greek town set at the end of a wide bay just south of Igoumenitsa on the Greek mainland. It has a busy little harbour to moor in and a beautiful long beach which you can anchor off if the harbour is full or if you want a peaceful evening away from the town.

There are a few bars and restaurants to eat and relax in – a great bakery – several well stocked supermarkets – and a fantastic stall that sells local honey which sets up in the evenings, during the summer, on the waterfront.
